Terms of service

Last updated 8 November 2026

These terms are an agreement between your business ("you") and ONE EIGHT EIGHTEEN PTE. LTD., trading as INF Outbound ("we", "us"). They apply when you use this website, send us an application or hire us. You accept them when you confirm you want to start or pay our first invoice. INF Outbound is for businesses only, and the person accepting these terms confirms they're allowed to do so for their business.

1. The service

We set up and run cold email campaigns for your business. In the first month, we set up sending domains and inboxes, warm them up, build your first lead list and write your emails with you. After that, every month we find new leads, write a personal first line for each one, send the emails, look after inbox health and meet with you weekly to review performance and agree changes. Before we start, we agree in writing on your campaign's goal, target audience and offer (the "campaign plan").

2. Volume and results

Our system can send up to 3,000 emails a day once your inboxes are fully ramped up. The real volume depends on how many valid contacts we can find in your niche, and sending starts low and increases over the first few weeks. Replies, booked calls and sales depend on things outside our control, including your offer, your market and how email providers filter mail. Apart from the guarantee in section 4, we don't promise specific results.

3. Fees and payment

4. Our guarantee

Before sending starts, we agree on a goal in the campaign plan, for example 20 booked calls. If you haven't reached it within 60 days of your first emails going out, we stop charging the monthly fee and keep running your campaign for free until you do. The guarantee applies as long as you:

If we change the goal together, the 60 days start again from the date of the change. The guarantee doesn't cover the first month's fee.

5. Your responsibilities

6. Email laws and opt-outs

Every email we send includes a way to opt out, and we stop emailing anyone who asks. We only send to business contacts and follow the anti-spam rules that apply to each campaign, such as Singapore's Spam Control Act and the US CAN-SPAM Act. Some countries, including several in the EU, have stricter rules for business email, and we may decline or limit campaigns aimed at them.

7. Domains, inboxes and your data

The sending domains are registered in your name or transferred to you, and you own them. While we work together, we manage the domains, inboxes and DNS records for your campaign, and when our work ends we hand over access. The lead lists and email copy we create for your campaigns are yours to keep once the related invoices are paid. Our tools, templates, processes and know-how stay ours. We handle personal data as described in our privacy policy.

8. Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide the service. You do the same with any non-public information about how we work.

9. Cancelling

You can stop the service at any time by emailing us at least 7 days before your next billing date. We don't refund the current month, and the first month's fee isn't refundable once setup has started. We can end the service with 7 days' notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms or don't pay. If we end it without a reason like that, we refund any fees you've paid for time we won't work.

10. Returning clients

If you come back for a new campaign after your first one ends, you don't pay the first-month fee again. You start at USD 1,000 a month.

11. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We aren't liable for lost profits, lost revenue or other indirect losses, or for how email providers filter or block mail. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as liability for fraud.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For existing clients, changes take effect from the next billing period after we email you about them.

13. Governing law and disputes

Singapore law governs these terms. If a dispute comes up, email us first and we'll try to settle it together within 30 days. If we can't, it will be resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre, with one arbitrator, seated in Singapore and conducted in English.
