Privacy policy
INF Outbound is a service of ONE EIGHT EIGHTEEN PTE. LTD., 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 Singapore Business Federation Center, Singapore 068914 ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and our service, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. We follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, where it applies to you, the EU and UK GDPR.
1. What we collect
When you apply. Your first name, your business website, what you want the campaign for, your answers about client value and budget, your email address, and the fact that you ticked the box about timelines.
When you become a client. Billing and contact details, information about your business, offer and ideal clients, and the access we need to set up your sending domains and inboxes.
When you visit. Our hosting provider, and the services that deliver our fonts and code (Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs), receive your IP address and browser details when the page loads. We don't use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
2. People we email for our clients
To run campaigns, we collect business contact details that are publicly available, such as a name, role, company, work email address and public information about the business, like its website, listings and social profiles. We use these details only to send relevant business emails on behalf of our client. Every email includes a way to opt out, and we stop emailing anyone who asks. If you received an email from a campaign we run and want your details removed, email us at the address in section 12.
3. Why we use it
- To read your application, reply to you and book a call.
- To provide the service if you hire us, including billing and support.
- To keep our sending setup secure and working.
- To meet our legal and accounting obligations.
We don't sell personal data, and we don't use your application details for marketing. Under the GDPR, we rely on taking steps you've asked for before a contract, performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running and securing the service, and our legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
Only with service providers that help us run INF Outbound, such as website hosting, email and inbox providers, lead data and email verification tools, and payment and accounting providers. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers store data outside Singapore, including in the United States and the EU. When we transfer data, we make sure it gets a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA, for example through contractual safeguards.
6. How long we keep it
If you apply but don't become a client, we delete your application within 12 months. Client records are kept while we work together and then for as long as the law requires, which is 5 years for accounting records in Singapore. Prospect contact details are kept only while a campaign is running. We keep a record of opt-out requests so we never email that person again.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Where the GDPR applies, you can also ask us to delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send you a copy. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're unhappy with our answer, you can complain to Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission or to your local data protection authority.
8. Security
We protect personal data with access controls and by using secure, reputable providers. No system is perfectly secure, so if a data breach affects you, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
9. Cookies
This website doesn't set any cookies and doesn't use analytics or advertising trackers, which is why there's no cookie banner. The page loads fonts and code from Google Fonts, jsDelivr and cdnjs, and those services receive your IP address so they can deliver the files. If we ever add analytics or tracking, we'll update this section and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
10. Children
INF Outbound is a service for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. If the change is significant, we'll also tell our clients by email.
